The leading HR knowledge Hub in Armenia.
Our story began nearly 10 years ago when our visionary founder, Ani Meruzhan Margaryan, first launched the HR club at LOFT. From day one, Ani believed that the HR field in Armenia had the potential to truly shine — to become a vibrant space of opportunity, growth, and innovation. She knew deep down that one day, she would help open doors for cross-learning, create opportunities for young talent, and elevate HR to new heights
That vision became a reality in 2019 with the founding of Hredu Hub. What started with just one course, “HRM A to Z,” has now grown into a thriving community. Today, we are proud to have a team of five members, expert trainers, and a wealth of success stories behind us. Our journey is filled with incredible milestones like Magnus Alumni community meetings, free webinars, industry events, and so much more.
We believe in the power and potential of HR in Armenia, and we’re just getting started.
At HRedu HUB, we prioritize the well-being and growth of our community by offering mentorship, creating space for open discussions, and organizing regular check-ins. We promote collaboration through meetups, peer learning sessions, and resources for professional development.
We practice transparency by keeping open communication, providing regular updates on our activities, and encouraging feedback through surveys and meetings to build trust and accountability.
We commit to ethical conduct by maintaining high standards in our programs and engagements. We ensure fairness and equal opportunities for all trainers, team members and participants and make decisions with integrity and honesty.
Among these efforts, we also launched the “HR Armenianization” project, all aimed at making HR learning and collaboration more accessible and effective. This is a part of our ongoing story of growth and dedication.
The idea is to take international HR-related materials, translate them into Armenian, and share them with the local HR community.
The goal of “HR Armenianization” is to make international HR practices more accessible and understandable here in Armenia. Since 2018, over 50 articles have been studied and translated into Armenian, enriching the local HR knowledge base.
